My name is Fred Nielsen, known by my friends and family as ‘Uncle Fred.’ For over forty years investing in stocks has been a passion of mine – a lifetime passion and extremely profitable hobby. 
Upon retirement from my last business I started ‘Uncle Fred’s Internet Investment Underground’ hoping to attract ten or twenty gals and guys to exchange stock ideas.
The Underground was free it was only intended to exchange information among newfound Internet buddies.
In just a few years it grew to well over 3,000 members mainly by word of mouth.
It became too much for me as it became more of a teaching site than investment exchange of ideas. Keeping up with thousands of e-mail’s and attempting to pound some knowledge into new and wanna be’ investors took its toll.
Now I manage a Blog to keep everyone up-to-date.
